- Deviled eggs with salmon and caviar (and parsley, tarragon, chives)
- Prosciutto-wrapped fennel (with tangerine balsamic glaze)
- Port-cherry braised pheasant (with brown-butter dill Brussels sprouts and Duchess potatoes, and cornbread stuffing)
